The work involves field work, data compilation into a HVAC TAB Report, completion of Field QA check, contract modifications, contractor's invoice and contract performance statement, payments to the contractor, obligation of government payments, payment for onsite and offsite materials, use of email for electronic communications, and utilization of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's (NAVFAC's) Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System (eCMS).

Work Details
The work involves field work, data compilation into a HVAC TAB Report, completion of Field QA check, contract modifications, contractor's invoice and contract performance statement, payments to the contractor, obligation of government payments, payment for onsite and offsite materials. It also includes the use of email for electronic communications and utilization of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command's (NAVFAC's) Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System (eCMS). The contract also requires the establishment and maintenance of a QC program as described in the section on QC Program Requirements. It also involves conformance with the Environmental Management System and submission of an Environmental Protection Plan (EPP).
