Design-Bid-Build Construction of three multi-story annexes at Baumholder, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
Background
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District intends to award a stand-alone construction contract for the construction of the SOF Company Operations Facilities Annexes, Baumholder Family Housing Area, USAG Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $50,000,000. The Request for Proposal is solicited under full and open competition (unrestrictive). Award of this contract will be in Euro (EUR).
