Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) has a requirement for a newly designed test station to replace the current FAA Enroute Shop ARSR4 Power Amplifier Module Test Station (PAMTS) and the development of a fixture and interface adapter alone with test software and repair procedures needed to support the ARSR4 power amp module (PAM) boards and PAMTS. This requirement will include the development of a new interface adapter and fixture with test/repair software and procedures needed to test the two (2) ARSR4 power amp module (PAM) boards to their required specifications.

The NAICS CODE for this requirement will be 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 800.

Full-and-open competition will be utilized for this requirement.

Please read the attached Solicitation in its entirety and provide submittal as instructed in provision L.2 Instruction for Preparation and Submission of Proposal, page 57.

Background

Work Details
The contractor shall design, develop, fabricate, test, and deliver a replacement Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR4) Power Amplifier Module Test Station (PAMTS). This includes:
1. Non-recurring Engineering Charges
2. Design, development, fabrication, testing, and delivery of the replacement PAMTS
3. Travel-Cost Reimbursable

Specifications include:
- PAMTS P/N: KA421400G01
- PAM Interface Adapter Fixture: AD421410G01

Period of Performance
Delivery is required 160 days after award.

Place of Performance
Oklahoma City, OK.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must be registered prior to award. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations as well as FAA policies regarding records management.
