The displays will be installed by Government personnel. The Contractor will provide digital versions of the display content in a format that will allow the Government to re-create the panels, should they become unfit to display (e.g. worn, damaged, vandalized). Sign size and shape may vary depending on content; however, the signs shall not exceed 24 in. x 60 in. in a landscape orientation. Contractor should use the included material to become familiar with the site. Travel to the site is not anticipated, and any site visits will be at the Contractors expense. The Government will not guarantee any special accommodations if a visit should occur, but would appreciate as much advance notice as possible. The primary source for content is https://www.mvp.usace.army.mil/. Design drafts shall be delivered within 75 calendar days of contract award.
