This project aims to preserve the architectural integrity of the facility, which was originally constructed in 1914 and is listed on the U.S. Secretary of State’s Register of Culturally Significant Properties. The goal is to modernize its infrastructure to meet current operational and accessibility standards.

Work Details
The contract involves design and construction services including contract coordination and supervision. Key construction tasks include:

- Restoration of the Multipurpose Room, Ground Floor Main Hall, Main Stair Hall, Facilities Office, and select portions of the Consular Section;
- Architectural conservation;
- Replication of decorative plaster ceilings;
- Woodwork restoration;

- Installation of conduit infrastructure to support future audiovisual equipment.
