Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific is
officially issuing solicitation No. N66001-22-R-0037 for joint maintenance and operation
of a restoration depot, providing fabrication, restoration, repair, overhaul, and calibration
on electro-mechanical and mechanical units for shipboard, ground, and airborne
assemblies, subassemblies, and test equipment to provide worldwide technical support to
Government agencies, Fleet and Shore facilities. Depot level performance includes
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR) verification checkout; testing and repair on C4ISR equipment;
C4ISR system level training, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), and Technical
Performance
Standards (TPS) development and upgrades. The Depot accomplishes its requirements
with the use of an organic (civil service) and contractor workforce sharing workspaces
and equipment.
This acquisition has security requirements at the Secret level. NIWC Pacific is officially
issuing solicitation No. N66001-22-R-0037 for a Single Award Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract
Line Item Number (CLIN) for Services, and Cost Reimbursement CLIN for Other Direct
Cost (ODC). There are no anticipated travel requirements for this contract. The
prospective contract will have a two-year base period with three, one-year option
periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 1,115,672 hours. The
NAICS code for this procurement is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. This
requirement is a small business set aside.
