REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UPDATE: January 23, 2018
The Government would like to reiterate the following in regards to the TEP Matrix:
1. The SCA Rates that the Government provided in column "C" of the TEP Matrix were provided as a convenience. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure they are bidding at or above the current SCA rates. If there are discrepancies, the offeror shall adhere to the current SCA rate listed on the Wage Determination for the specific geographic location, not the rate provided by the Government.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL UPDATE: January 19, 2018
The Government would like to clarify the following:
1. The CLIN verbiage will remain unchanged at this time. The title of the CLIN identifies it's usage.
2. 1,920 hours is considered typical for augmentation full-time employees. The Government will determine the expected weekly percentage of attendance at the task order level dependent upon task order size. If other laws or executive orders apply they will be deducted from the 1,920 at the task order level.
3. The Government's intent is that the workload surge will not exceed 125% of the original task order MTC. An example of 100 personnel x 25% = 25 surged personnel for a new total team of 125 personnel, is correct.
4. The Surge CLIN will utilize the regular FFP hourly rate. Overtime rates are only for the Overtime CLIN.
5. All responses to the Question and Comment Matrix and clarifications were clerical in nature and the Government does not intend to extend the proposal due date.
**Please note: Questions and Comments were due on 9 January 2018. In order to maintain the Government's acquisition schedule, no further questions or comments will be accepted.**

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AMENDMENT: January 17, 2018

The purpose of this amendment is to upload the following amended documents and attachments:

1. Solicitation Amendment, FA8224-18-R-0008-0001
2. Performance Work Statement, dated 17 January 2018
3. Section L, dated 17 January 2018
4. Section M, dated 17 January 2018
5. TEP Matrix, dated 17 January 2018

Also included is the Question Comment Matrix with the Governments response to all questions received from all interested offerors.

As a reminder when submitting your proposal, a signed copy of the original solicitation and a signed copy of the solicitation amendment is required. The proposal due date remains unchanged. All proposals are due no later than 29 January 2018 at 4:00pm MST.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: December 20, 2017

This is the official Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Depot On-Site Contract Augmentee Teams 4th Generation (DOCAT4) effort for Hill AFB, UT.

The purpose of this contract is to provide maintenance and related task support to Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Maintenance Groups, 309 AMARG, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ and other Geographically Separated Units (GSU) as identified. Contractor personnel shall augment services provided by Air Force military personnel, Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees and/or other contracted staff. Representative tasks will include, but are not limited to, the modification, maintenance, inspection, corrosion control, overhaul, repair, regeneration and storage of various weapon systems, related components, missiles, engines, ground support equipment, and vehicles. This requirement will not include personal services or inherently governmental functions.
Attached to this posting is the Solicitation and all accompanying attachments, including the Past Performance Information (PPI) tool which is used to submit past performance information.
