Deployable Instrument Landing System (D-ILS), EMCE Winch Parts

Background
The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to identify companies that could provide specific EMCE parts used within the Deployable Instrument Landing System (D-ILS). The EMCE winches are from a company located in the Netherlands, originally procured through a US company that is no longer able to sell the parts to the US Government. This notice serves for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).

Work Details
Interested parties are requested to provide capabilities statements or other responses regarding their ability to supply three specific EMCE winch parts:

1) Winch Model A35L DPL (EMCE references drawing A00.L035.00.003),
2) Remote Controller, Instrument, Winch Controller (EMCE References drawing 1010204), and
3) Remote Control, Instrument, Winch Controller, Handheld (Pendant, 3XRC1) (EMCE References drawing 1010204).

All submissions must be unclassified and reviewed for operational sensitivities.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate their capability to sell the specified EMCE winch parts on a competitive basis. There are no explicit security clearances or certifications mentioned; however, all responses must be provided in English.
