Description

This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded contract N0042123D0022 that resulted from Solicitation N0042123R0061 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) of 5000 US Hwy 1 N, Saint Augustine, FL 32095-6200. NGSC will provide post production engineering and logistics support services in support of the Naval F-5F/N aircraft.

This effort was issued as a sole source to NGSC under NAICS Code 336411 (Aircraft Manufacturing) as well as the Product Service Code (PSC) R425 (Support Professional: Engineering/Technical) which resulted in the placement of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an five (5) year ordering period. The contract consists of Cost Reimbursable (CR) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) CLINs.
