Description

This is a requirement for architect-engineer services to develop, publish, and interpret the building criteria/codes, standards, specification guides, and other facilities-related technical information necessary to enable optimal planning, construction, operation, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of the agency's built infrastructure.

This acquisition is not available for competition. Award will be made to the authorized national source for these services in accordance with Public Law 93-383.
