Description

THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting submissions to pre-qualify firms for Design-Build Construction Services for the construction of a New Embassy Compound (NEC) in Doha, Qatar. Continuing a legacy of outstanding diplomatic architecture, OBO seeks to commission our nation's top constructors to create facilities of outstanding quality and value.
