Description

This is a design-bid-build project. The compound renovations are being designed under a separate contract and therefore the construction RFP will include a fully completed set of drawings and specifications.
Most of the infrastructure at the US Embassy Compound in Moscow is over 35 years old, obsolete, expensive to maintain and operate, and is experiencing frequent failures. This major rehabilitation project will construct replacements for failing infrastructure and correct life safety deficiencies on the compound, including the compound, concourse, Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR), and housing. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be replaced. The project also includes the renovation of the MSGR.
Estimated construction cost: $60 million
