No solicitation is available. This RFI is released pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry Before Receipt of Proposals, and is issued for the purpose of conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Due to the preliminary nature of this inquiry, no Performance Work Statement is available.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Environmental Management (EM), is currently in the acquisition planning stage for one or more potential requirement(s) for information technology and cyber security services at EM Headquarters and/or EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) sites. The place of performance includes, but is not limited to, Washington DC for EM Headquarters and Cincinnati, OH for EMCBC.

Background
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Environmental Management (EM), is currently in the acquisition planning stage for potential information technology and cyber security services at EM Headquarters and/or EM Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC) sites. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research in accordance with Part 10, and no Performance Work Statement is available at this preliminary stage.

Work Details
The EM Headquarters Office of Information Systems requires support for development and implementation of mission strategies, policy, and guidance for corporate information systems and enterprise solutions. This includes support for cybersecurity, privacy, enterprise architecture, IT Portfolio Management, IT infrastructure, mission systems, sustainability/Green IT, geospatial systems, artificial intelligence/data analytics, asset management, video and web conferencing, cloud and other hosting services, records management.

The EM Consolidated Business Center requires technical support for general desktop and server management, network infrastructure design and operations, cyber security support and compliance, data center management, cloud infrastructure and data management, application support, documentation updates, data call support, records management, program management.

Place of Performance
The place of performance includes Washington DC for EM Headquarters and Cincinnati, OH for EMCBC.
