The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Services Program Executive Office (SD) is seeking sources for the Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) Program.

DISA SD is seeking information from potential sources for the sustainment of DoD SAFE. The DoD SAFE is a file sharing capability that allows DoD military, civilians, contractors, academia and supporting 3rd parties to share large files, up to eight gigabytes in size through an easy-to-use web interface. DoD SAFE requires regular software updates to address security updates, vulnerability findings, bug fixes, quality of service improvements and new requirements leveraged by either DoD, DISA or those driven by customer requested features.

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Services Program Executive Office (SD) is seeking sources for the Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) Program. The DoD SAFE is a file sharing capability that allows DoD military, civilians, contractors, academia and supporting 3rd parties to share large files, up to eight gigabytes in size through an easy-to-use web interface. The sustainment of DoD SAFE requires regular software updates to address security updates, vulnerability findings, bug fixes, quality of service improvements and new requirements leveraged by either DoD, DISA or those driven by customer requested features.

Work Details
The DoD SAFE Program Management Office (PMO) has a focused mission to provide DoD members and supporting 3rd parties with a file sharing capability that can share large files up to 8 GBs in size. The required capabilities include experience developing, deploying, configuring and/or testing file sharing software platforms and applications; monitoring the utilization of the DoD SAFE file sharing platform for auditing, virus and vulnerability protection, performance monitoring and aiding in criminal investigations; providing cyber security and Information Assurance services to a Program of Record (POR); providing Tier 3 services to customers of a POR including the resolution of customer issues, bug fixes or major outages that impact a large group of customers.

The anticipated Period of Performance Base is 30 June 2025 – 29 June 2030.

Place of Performance
The anticipated Place of Performance is Fort Meade, Maryland, contractor facility, or remote work at an alternate work site.
