Background
The Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) is establishing a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services. This contract serves as a bridge to ensure continuity of services while transitioning from the previous contract with GSA FEDSIM, which expired on 5 March 2025.

The need for this contract arises from ongoing requirements within the Operations Enablement Directorate and the Enterprise Management & Resources Directorate to enhance capabilities in investigating and preventing criminal activities, as well as protecting Air Force resources.

Work Details
DC3 requires SETA support to conduct system-wide testing and evaluations of current and legacy programs, applications, and new systems under development. The tasks include:
1. Engineering and Technical Analysis Support
2. Process Improvement and Transition Planning
3. Cyber Operations Analysis
4. Developmental Technical Project Support (R&D)
5. Technical Project Management
6. Program Management & Mission Integration
7. Enterprise Management Support.
