The requirement is for the purchase of the DEO Communication Flyaway Kit (X COMM Kit) by the Department of Defense. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to accomplish the DEO Communication Flyaway Kit (X COMM Kit) as per the Statement of Operation dated 24 April 2025 and Specifications dated 24 April 2025.

The kit includes:
- VoyagerESR 6300: An embedded services router with an integrated PoE-enabled Cisco 6300 ESR.
- Cisco ESR6300 Network Advanced Software License - 250Mbps Throughput upgrade from Cisco ESR6300.
- Injection molded 2U rackmount case with fully integrated power distribution.
- Starshield Mini Terminal Kit with Starshield Service-Basic-OU providing global coverage of 60-250 Mbps downlink and 10-30 Mbps uplink with a data limit of 5 TB/month priority data.
- Blank Operational CIK.
