2/27/20 : PLEASE NOTE Amendment posted regarding small change to COS Janitorial SOW. Proposals must sign and acknowledge with submittals.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area has a requirement to provide Janitorial Services at Colorado Springs ATCT, Pueblo ATCT and Base Building, Centennial SSC and Arapahoe (APA) ATCT, Denver ARTCC and Junior Jets Child Development Center. A total of six (6) sites. This solicitation is not set-aside for NAICS CODE 561720 (Janitorial Services). The COR POC for these sites will be Molly Lipka. This requirement will be awarded to one or more contractors.

Submissions of Offers: Complete instructions, conditions, and notices to offers can be found in Section L of the SIR.

DUE DATE TO SUBMIT THE BID: March 30, 2020. 4:00pm PT.

SPECIAL NOTE: Each of the six (6) site requires a Quality Control Plan be created and must be submitted with your proposal. The Quality Control Plan(s) must cover all aspects outlined in the Scope of Work three (3) documents provided. See Section L under Business Proposal then item 5.
