The information from this market research is for planning purposes only. This is strictly market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code contemplated for this acquisition are:

238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors.

The current industry capabilities, to include small business, must be confirmed. As such, all eligible small or large businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from respondents.

The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified sources that are technically capable of providing the requirements described in the Statement of Objectives Description.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES DESCRIPTION: Provide an estimate for removal of the carpet and installation of one of the four options in FEMA Region VI - 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209 totaling approximately 40,000 square feet (2 floors (20,000 square feet each). This will also include removing the furniture, storing the furniture, and reassembling the furniture in the prior location. Potential line item description is listed below.

1. Refurbish existing title and add baseboards.
2. Place tile over tile and add baseboards.
3. Remove tile, add new tile, and baseboards.
4. Stain Concrete and add baseboards.
5. Replace with new carpet and add baseboards.
0005 - Furniture Installation of Furniture Removed and stored.

FEMA is trying to determine the most cost effective in replacing the carpet for 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. FEMA has not determined if this will be done in phases, room by room, set of rooms, common area, or by hallways.

FEMA is looking for any business that can provide all of the listed requirements.

RESPONSES REQUESTED: The Government is interested in receiving meaningful feedback on the aforementioned Requirements Description. Interested sources that possess the technical capability and resources to fulfill the Government's requirements stated herein are invited to provide (1) a Capability Statement. Responses should include the following information:

a) company name, address, point of contacts (at least two), email addresses, business/work and mobile phone numbers, the company's web page, if applicable, and DUNs and/or Cage Code;

b) identification of business size (small/large business status) as it relates to NAICS codes, service disabled veteran business, HUB Zone, 8(a) certified business, Woman Owned SB, etc;

c) CAPABILITY STATEMENT: Contractors responding to this notice should confirm, at a minimum, that they possess knowledge and experience to perform work.
