Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), operates the nation’s largest integrated direct health care delivery system, serving 9 million enrolled Veterans each year. Due to increasing workload levels at Dental Services and VA Central Dental Laboratories, contracts for outsourcing dental laboratory services are required to ensure adequate access to care. This contract will cover overflow and urgent dental lab services for removable prosthesis needs at the Salem VA Health Care System.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, packaging, transportation, and reports to fabricate and deliver dental laboratory services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:

- Rebase - complete denture
- Rebase - partial denture
- Reline - complete denture
- Reline - partial denture
- Repair add tooth
- Repair add tooth + clasp
- Repair simple fracture denture
- Repair complex fracture denture
- Replace attachments in denture
- Custom tray
- Bite blocks
- Set up teeth in wax
- Framework cast - repair
- Acrylic transitional partial denture with 2 clasps
- Acrylic services including complete dentures, removable partial dentures and flexible partial dentures.

The Contractor must ensure compliance with FDA and ANSI standards for all materials used.

Period of Performance
10/1/2025 - 9/30/2026 with four (4) option years.
