Description

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 160 pressure treated dowel poles, each measuring between 6-3/8 inches to 7 inches in diameter and 12 feet long. The specifications for the dowels include:

- All dowels must be machine turned and uniform in size without tapering from end to end.
- They must be free of major checks or obvious blemishes.
- The dowels should be ACQ pressure treated.
- All 160 dowels need to be uniform in size, meaning there cannot be a mix of sizes (6-3/8" and 7").

Delivery is required FOB Destination to the Auto Shop Building/Trails Yard at Mile 3 of the Park Road, Denali National Park, Mile 237 Parks Hwy, Denali Park, AK. The NPS can unload the delivery, but no weekend deliveries are allowed (Saturday and Sunday).
