Description

This is an undefinitized task order off the AASTR IDIQ (FA2391-23-D-0003) in accordance with the Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity document, dated 28 September 2024. The Government currently requires a mix of research and data, hardware, and software in support of continuing the research and development of the XQ-67A. That work consists of integrating specific mission systems and upgrading the vehicle to ensure adequate power generation and thermal management capacity.

Background
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is issuing this justification for an undefinitized task order under the Advanced Aerospace Systems Technology Research (AASTR) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, specifically directed towards General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. (GA-ASI).
