Description
This is a solicitation for construction. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12805B24Q0003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated NAICS Code is 238110 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million.
The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area, requires the Demolition of 6 Walk-in Chambers and Install Concrete Floor. The Contractor shall furnish a detailed technical proposal and detailed pricing proposal. The Government intends to award single firm fixed price purchase orders.
The requirements are further detail in the attached Requirements Document.

DOCUMENTS TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTE: In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by:
1) Providing a completed solicitation document and all attachments as necessary; as well as itemized pricing document showing complete pricing on company letterhead.
2) Included SAM Unique Registration Identity Number
3) Provide minimum of 2 successfully completed government projects within the last 5 years.
The Government anticipates award of a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering three major areas: technical acceptance, past performance and price. Quotes will be evaluated by performing a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to determine which quote meets the lowest price technically acceptable evaluation methodology.
SITE VISIT
Offerors or quoters are expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. The site visit will be held at the discretion and coordination with below POC Craig McCuin and must be completed before November 03rd 2023 at 1:00pm CT. Coordinating contact is below:

To arrange a site visit, please coordinate with the above POC with the title 12805B24Q0003 Site Visit Registration please include the name of the individual you have attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. If Contractors are not registered, they will not be permitted on the site visit.
A site visit is required for All sources wishing to quote; offers shall furnish a quotation by 5:00 p.m. Central Time, on or before November 03rd, 2023. Quotations are to be sent via email to Shane Pope at shane.pope@usda.gov.
Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award.
