SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. RSVP to Alanna Gardner at alanna_gardner@nps.gov or 415-858-9668. While not mandatory, quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Background
The National Park Service (NPS) at Pinnacles National Park, located within San Benito County, California, is seeking contractors to demolish two buildings: the Francis House and the Resource Management (RM) Office. The goal of this contract is to restore the landscape to its natural conditions by removing all structures, above ground improvements, and miscellaneous debris. Contracted hazardous materials surveys for both properties have been completed and are included as attachments to the solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Demolish and remove the Old Francis House and RM Office Trailer #207.
2. Remove all structures and above ground improvements.
3. Clear away miscellaneous debris from the site.
4. Scarify the landscape to restore it to natural conditions.

The work must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Hazardous materials surveys indicate that Lead-Based Paint (LBP) and Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) were detected in the Francis House, while no hazardous materials were found in the RM Office.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from September 1, 2025, to November 28, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Pinnacles National Park in San Benito County, California.
