Background
The contract is for the demolition and replacement of an existing restroom at New Hogan Lake in Valley Springs, CA. The work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and will have a period of performance from August 4, 2023, to August 2, 2024.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of the existing restroom, purchase and placement of a new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom, connection to existing utilities (water, electrical, and sewer), delivery to the location, final utility connections, compliance with ADA requirements and building codes.
The new restroom will have separate men's and women's facilities, four individual unisex showers, utility/maintenance access chase not to exceed 1,000 square feet. The electrical components will meet current building code with single phase 240 volts and a 200 amp electrical panel provided. All interior and exterior lighting will be energy-efficient LEDs.
The contract also includes requirements for safety measures such as an Accident Prevention Plan and Antiterrorism and Operational Security compliance.

The period of performance for the contract is from August 4, 2023, to August 2, 2024.

The construction projects will be performed at New Hogan Lake in Valley Springs, CA.
