Description

This Firm Fixed Price project will be offered to the SBA as an 8(a) Sole Source to Corbara Building Group, an 8(a), small business, HUBZone Certified, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. Cage Code: 6MRA6. Unique ID Number: PUMZRG7THWC1. Originally this project was slated to utilize a General Multi Trade Construction contract vehicle, however upon further review of the task and associated equipment, it was determined that this procurement is better suited for a contractor with specific demolition experience .

After an in-depth search of SAM.gov, SBA.gov, and CPARS.gov, Corbara Building Group was selected, based on their excellent past performance.
