The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized manufacturer and resellers of Dell, Inc. brand name products, for the purpose of establishing a one-time Purchase Order to acquire one (1) 210-BBRX Dell PowerEdge T550 Server; one (1) 405-AAZY Dell HBA355e Adapter Low Profile/Full height, Customer intall
Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ
Brand Name only: The Buyer is allowing Sellers and Manufacturer to submit bids for this item, provided the item meet all of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified by this solicitation. Sellers or Manufacturer MUST enter exactly what they are bidding (including make, model and description) into the blank description field in order for the bid to be considered. The Buyer will evaluate items on the basis of information furnished by the Seller or identified in the bid and reasonably available to the Buyer. The Buyer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the Bid.

General Information
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is
334111 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1250 employees. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price, Purchase Order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.
