The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order N0001922F0882 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001921G0006 to The Boeing Company, 6200 James McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63134-1939 for Taiwan Navy (TN) Missile Subsystem Test (MSTS) Field Service Representative (FSR) Support to provide the TN ongoing FSR support for the Harpoon Weapon System (HWS).

This acquisition was pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
