Delivery of Hot Asphalt Mix via Heated Truck - NCTC Gulfport, MS   5

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 28 June 2024 for delivery of Hot Asphalt Mix for Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) Gulfport, MS. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and will contain a (1) one-year ordering period.

The requirement is to provide Hot Asphalt Mix delivery of up to approximately 1,000 tons of hot asphalt in Contractor-owned vehicles during a one (1) year ordering period. The Hot Mixed Asphalt shall meet requirements as set forth in the Federal Road Construction Specifications (DOT) as outlined in the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) & Mississippi Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction section 403, sub-section 401.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 324121 with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

The RFQ will be available on or about 28 June 2024 on Contract Opportunities via https://www.sam.gov. The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria.
