The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East (NAVFAC FE) is currently inviting bids for a 100% Non-Recurring (NR) / Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Delivery, Install, Lease and Removal Services of Relocatable Facilities in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Area of Responsibility (AOR), KANTO, JAPAN. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and four (4) Option Periods under Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The site visit is scheduled at 01:00 PM on 12 July 2023. Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental related work, and perform the NON-RECURRING services as per the attached Performance Work Statement. The bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. When the contract is awarded, the price of this CLIN will be expressed in U.S. Dollars for the administrative convenience for the U.S. Government. Payment will be made in Yen. Bid prices not in Japanese yen will be deemed non-responsive and will not be eligible for award.

Period of Performance
Base Period: One year from the date of Basic Contract Award or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first.
First Option Period: One year from the following date of the Base Period expiration date or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first.
Second Option Period: One year from the following date of the First Option Period expiration date or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first.
Third Option Period: One year from the following date of the Second Option Period expiration date or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first.
Fourth Option Period: One year from the following date of the Third Option Period expiration date or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first.
