The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Vacuum Tech pump assemblies, demister filters, oil filters and pump oils on a Sole Source basis from Dekker Vacuum Technologies.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
