Item Descriptions: Select Dehydrated Juice items utilized in production of the Unitized Group Ration - Express (UGR-E).

The required delivery dates shall be, at a minimum, 60 days after receipt of order.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and addenda are attached to the solicitation.

The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, is applicable to this solicitation. Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) shall be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation criteria. See Section VIII. On page 34 for further information.

Offerors are hereby notified to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer.

Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned to any resultant contract is DO-P3.
