This effort involves the development, testing, integration and production of the Degraded Visual Environment
Pilotage System (DVEPS) for the Army Special Operations Aviation (ARSOA) in accordance with the user
requirements. This effort will be a multiple award Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain inform industry that the Solicitation for the development of a Degraded Visual Environment Pilotage System (DVEPS) is available. The available documents include: the solicitation, the System Requirements Document (SRD), the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS).

Interested sources can obtain a copy of the Solicitation and it's attachments by submitting a Joint Certification Program Office approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Agreement, to Ms. Carrie Bryant, carrie.e.bryant.civ@mail.mil. Sources without an approved DD Form 2345 can apply to JointCertification Program at the following site; HYPERLINK "http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/Default.aspx" Joint Certification
Program-Home". This effort is limited to interested U.S. and Canadian sources.

To obtain the additional documents as described in Section 4.4.2, Available Aircraft/System Specification Documents, in the Statement of Objectives please download the use and Non-Disclosure Agreement attached to this Notice and submit the signed document to Ms. Carrie Bryant. The additional documentation will be available for release no later than Wednesday, 20 February 2013.
