Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration & Operational Support Bridge   2

Background
The United States Air Force (USAF) is issuing a justification for the contract action related to the Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration & Operational Support Bridge. The contract supports the 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW) Defense Cyberspace Operations (CDO) and provides Cyber Protection Teams (CPT) and support functions for the 567th and 867th Cyberspace Operations Groups.

The goal of this contract is to retain critical services and prevent a gap in services during the transition to a follow-on effort for DCRIOS II due to ongoing post-award protests.

Work Details
The contractor will provide recurring Cyber Protection Team (CPT) support services, including but not limited to: system security engineering, security technology evaluation, compliance assessments, weapon systems maintenance, unit line maintenance, weapons and tactics training, standards and evaluations, and support for the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

The contractor will also conduct Hunt operations, identify tasks and objectives supported by CPT effects, defend mission partners' cyberspace key terrain and critical assets, and aid in executing tasks related to the Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP) and Mission Defense Plan (MDP). This modification extends the existing order to enable Cyber Systems & Services Solutions, LLC to continue providing these essential services.

Period of Performance
The extension will last for 12 months with four 3-month options, allowing performance from February 10, 2025, to up to February 13, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma and Joint Base San Antonio at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas.
