Based on the limited qualified responses to the Sources Sought FA8823-18-R-0008 posted on 22 May 2018, the government intends to solicit and negotiate with the incumbent Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (CAGE 70413) for the Defense Support Program Operations, Mission Threat Analysis and Enginnering Sustainment (DOMES) services in support of the Space and Missile Systems Center, Enterprise Corps Product Support (SMC/ECP), Enterprise Corps Product Support, Remote (SMC/ECPR), located at 1050 E. Stewart Avenue, Peterson AFB, CO 80914-2092. The authority to enter into a sole source acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l ), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
