Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Information System Security and Technical Support - RFI

Background
The contract is for Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Information System Security and Technical Support. The services include program management and administrative support for DPAS, Automated Vehicle Integrated Data-Exchange (AVID), Commercial Internet Service Provider (CISP), and Information Technology (IT) projects. The objective is to provide support in various aspects of DPAS, AVID, CISP, and IT projects through coordinating business processes, providing strategic, operational, and tactical-level support.

Work Details
The contractor will provide DPAS technical and functional support on three operational fronts: project management and administrative support, technical support, and training support. They will also provide Information System Security and Technical Support on eight operational fronts. The services include executing Information System Security Manager (ISSM) responsibilities, maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO), performing project management for IT programs, proposing solutions for security capabilities, obtaining Interim Authority to Operate (IATT) and/or ATO for systems when required, translating complex security issues into appropriate language for unit leadership, and working on innovative solutions to complex information system security issues.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will cover a 5-year period from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at 445 Weyland Road, Langley AFB, VA. Telework may be authorized in response to pandemic or quarantine requirements, emergencies, weather situations, holidays, and as necessary.
