The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Networks Section, PL8224, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225 has hereby issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of dark fiber, equipment (including Ciena 6500 equipment) and services, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Department of Defense (DoD) users in the Continental United States (CONUS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), RFP Attachment J1.

Requirement will be awarded as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The period of performance is 1 base year plus nine 1-year option periods for O&M.

This effort is a total small business set-aside.
Proposals are due Tuesday, November 17th, 12:00pm CDT.
