Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Transport Program Executive Office Services is issuing a sole source contract to Synergetic Information Systems, Inc. for DISN Mission Support Office Application Services and Ancillary Support.

The goal is to ensure continuity of mission-critical services for DISA and the Department of Defense community.

Work Details
The contract involves providing mission-critical application services and ancillary support, including program management, strategic planning, acquisition and sustainment planning, strategy and governance of day-to-day operations of the DISN.

It requires IT policy analysis and development, IT product support and costing, tracking customer and DISN IT network projects, customer meeting support, developing recommendations in support of DISN policies, conducting analyses of Requests for Change, Enterprise Architecture acquisition planning and strategies, budget development, quality assurance, IT issue papers and white papers, and EA business case analyses.

Period of Performance
The projected period of performance is a seven-month base period from February 3, 2024 to September 2, 2024 with four two-month option periods extending to May 2, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Meade, Maryland and Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
