Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Storefront (DSF) Follow-On   2

Background
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking to provide continued operations, maintenance, and sustainment support for its Business Systems Portfolio Management Office (PMO) through a follow-on task order related to the DISA Storefront (DSF). This task order is intended to ensure the transition of services from DSF to the DISA Marketplace (DMP) while addressing delays in the original transition plan. The contractor will leverage their unique qualifications and institutional knowledge of the DSF to facilitate this process.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive operations, maintenance, and sustainment support for DISA’s PMO. Key tasks include:

1. Implementing change requests and sustaining deployed capabilities within DSF solutions by troubleshooting and resolving system and software issues.

2. Ensuring high availability of DSF applications to support DISA's mission.

3. Responding to user-reported problems, including correcting Tier II incidents.

4. Providing Tier III support during off-duty hours.

5. Supporting cutover and data migration activities by ensuring a mirrored database is available for 1-3 months post-cutover.

6. Executing decommission activities upon the approved sunset of DSF. The contractor will focus on sustaining existing applications, system migrations, and reporting capabilities.

Period of Performance
The contract is currently in its base period, which expires on March 14, 2026, with potential extensions including one six-month period and two three-month options for a total of up to 12 additional months.
