Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters, Operations Center, and U

The DISA-DRSN provides secure telecommunications and conferencing for Command Control (C2) crisis management. The mission of the DRSN is to support high quality multi-level secure voice capabilities, interfaces for dissimilar cryptographic systems, and conferencing requirements. The DRSN provides support to the National Command Authority (NCA), the National Military Command Center (NMCC), Commander in Chief (CINC) Command Center, Warfighters, and other critical Department of Defense (DoD) and federal activities with reliable, secure, interoperable C2 and crisis management capabilities. Contractors will require access to Secret, Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) in performance of this effort. The contractor will require access to Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), and National Security Agency Network (NSANet) computer systems at Government facilities in support of the DRSN. The contractor will be authorized to courier classified information up to the "TOP SECRET" level in performance of official duties upon approval and designation by the COR. This requirement will also support the U.S. CYBERCOM which plans, coordinates, integrates, synchronizes, and conducts activities to direct the operations and defense of specified DoD information networks and prepare to, and when directed, conduct full spectrum military cyberspace operations to enable actions in all domains. U.S. CYBERCOM relies heavily on the DRSN capability to perform C2 capabilities. The DRSN capability will be supported from the Integrated Cyber Center (ICC) Joint Operations Center (JOC), located on Fort Meade, MD, and supporting personnel require specialized access credentials. All personnel involved with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of the DRSN infrastructure must hold a current TS/SCI security clearance within scope five years, with counter-intelligence polygraph within scope seven years for access to the facility. All personnel performing at DISA Headquarters and U.S. CYBERCOM shall have the required clearance specific to each agency. All personnel at U.S. CYBERCOM shall have current TS/SCI with current counter-intelligence polygraph at the time of award. All personnel supporting DISA shall have current TS/SCI Clearance at the time of award. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Type of Funds: O&M Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract is one 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods for a potential total period of performance of 60 months.
