DHA plans to conduct a virtual industry day for the purpose of advising industry about its FY21 requirements as business opportunities. This forum will provide participant the opportunity to ask questions about the requirements that will be presented. Interested parties should look for a follow-up to this notice that will provide a detailed agenda and registration information. DHA will post the presentation materials at least one day prior to the event. All briefings and discussions will be conducted at the unclassified level.

To accommodate as many parties as possible, we anticipate limiting each vendor to two (2) registrants. DHA will send registered persons an Adobe Connect link prior to the event for audio, visual and Q&A access. Due to technology constraints, registration will be limited to the first 1000 registrants. For those unable to register for the Adobe video connection, DHA will provide a conference call dial in number for audio access to the presentation.

This Industry Day event will take place on 22 July 2020 at 0900, EST. The government does not

anticipate conducting any one on one meetings with interested vendors.

Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance but are not required to do so. Registered participants will be able to submit questions to the government during the event through the Adobe Connect platform. A recording of the session and a Q&A summary will be made available after the event for those unable to attend. Please submit advance questions to dha.ncr.acquis-procure.mbx.industryday@mail.mil. Questions should include the subject line "July 22 IDE Vendor Question - [Insert Company Name] - [Insert Detail Here]". Do not include any procurement sensitive, controlled unclassified or classified information in submitted questions.
