AMENDMENT - 6 MARCH 2024

The purpose of this amendment is to provide administrative updates/clarifications under the ARA with Calls. As a result, "ARA_with_Calls_Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet - Amend 05 06MAR24" is hereby incorporated as an attachment to this notice. The update included the removal of the following because hard copy submissions are not required.

"A CD with the Microsoft WORD version of your Technical/Management Proposal and the SOW must be submitted with the hard copies of the proposal and must match the hard copy."

Background
The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) - Air Force Strategic Development Planning & Experimentation (SDPE) has issued an Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) with Calls for Proposals. The ARA is titled Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet (DEUCSI). This announcement does not request proposals at this time and will remain open until 1 September 2022. The ARA with Calls will be released in addition to a separate Open Two-Step ARA, both of which fall under the DEUCSI program and share the same budget ceiling, announcement numbers, and overarching objectives.

Work Details
The ARA with Calls for Proposals is not requesting proposals at this time. Individual requirements known as 'Call(s) for Proposals' will be issued against this ARA. Each Call for Proposals will contain specific requirements and proposal submission dates. Offerors should be alert for any ARA amendments or future Call(s) for Proposals.
