Defense Courier Scheduled Air Transportation

On 1 October 2023, USTRANSCOM awarded a firm fixed price contract modification, HTC71120CR001 P00015, to Federal Express Corporation, Washington, D.C., exercising option period four for performance of scheduled defense courier air transportation in support of USTRANSCOM Defense Courier Division between 1 October 2023 and 30 September 2024. The contract provides a system of travel and recovery couriers to monitor courier material transported over commercial air routes. The contract was competitively procured under solicitation HTC71119RR007 and awarded on 1 October 2019. The location of performance is throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and between CONUS and Alaska and Hawaii, with an expected completion date of 30 September 2024. A total of $1,962,946.00 will be obligated at the time of modification award. The contracting activity is the U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
