Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Information Technology (IT) Mission Support.

Background
The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) is seeking information from potential sources for IT Mission Support requirements. The goal of the contract is to ensure the availability, reliability, integrity, and security of all DCMA IT services that provide critical acquisition insight information for DCMA users and business partners. This Sources Sought Notice aims to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses, including Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), HUBZone Small Businesses, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB).

Work Details
The vendor shall provide comprehensive IT support for enterprise data centers, network infrastructure, and mission-hosted applications. Key responsibilities include:
1. Implementing and sustaining solutions based on the Department of War Zero Trust Architecture model and ensuring integration of mission-specific components.
2. Providing cyber infrastructure support including remediation of system vulnerabilities and hands-on firewall configuration.
3. Database administration duties including installation, patching, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting for enterprise applications.
4. Managing identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) using tools like Active Directory and PKI.
5. Supporting web application environments ensuring stability, performance, security with a focus on high availability.
6. Timely deployment of software and patches across managed devices to maintain security compliance.
7. Providing enterprise network support services for WAN and LAN infrastructure including operations maintenance and security compliance.

Period of Performance
The anticipated Period of Performance is one base year with four one-year options starting in the 2nd quarter of FY27.

The anticipated places of performance include Carson, CA; Columbus, OH; Bedford, MA; Fort Lee, VA; and Smyrna, GA.
