INTRODUCTION
Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of Communication and Engineering Command Security Assistance Management Directorate (CECOM SAMD), is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources with an interest in, and the industry technologies available to, support a potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement of Defense Advanced Global Positioning Receiver (DAGR) accessories ONLY (no Collins Aerospace DAGR systems).
The result(s) of this sources sought/ market survey will help determine the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. This requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided. The U.S. Government requests that interested parties submit a brief description of your company, your company's solution, and your ability to meet the potential requirement(s) for DAGR accessories (only), in accordance with the submission details below.

PROGRAM BACKGROUND

CECOM SAMD supports foreign allies who procure Army standard configuration equipment, and administers and manages FMS cases including communication(s) requirements in partner countries.
The Government's goal is to support a potential procurement for the country of Jordan.
REQUIREMENTS
The intent of this Sources Sought Notice/ Synopsis is to assess market availability for DAGR accessories (only), and to identify potential sources that are certified, and/ or able, to provide ALL of the following DAGR accessories at a minimum quantity (QTY) of twelve (12) sets of QTY. one (1) each (ea.) of the following part numbers (P/N):

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The anticipated security classification level is Unclassified . Any potential procurement shall be compliant with the specialty metals restriction of the Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a and 2533b), in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses 252.225-7008 and 252.225-7009.

The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5810 Communications Security Equipment and Components .
The Federal Supply Schedule (FSC) 5995 Cable, Cord, and Wire Assemblies: Communication Equipment .

SUBMISSION DETAILS
Interested sources should furnish the following, in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf) format(s):

(1) Name and address of company, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE)
Code, and Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Any interested company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR).

(2) Point(s) of Contact (POC) name(s), department(s), phone number(s), and email address(es).

(3) Identify past and current services your company offers that exactly match the capabilities specified above.

(4) Address your company's capability to act as a single provider for the hardware defined herein. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated and/ or required, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.

(5) Include Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price and availability (P&A) information for the equipment listed above.
