The United States Space Force, Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Special Programs Directorate, Space Domain Awareness Division (SMC/SPG), hereby announces that the DARC Acquisition will be procured as an Other Transaction Authority (OTA) through SMC's Space Enterprise Consortium (SpEC). All interested and potential Offerors are notified that this is the last BetaSAM posting on the DARC Acquisition. All future announcements, notices, postings, and communications will be within and through SpEC Consortium Manager communication channels. Information on the SpEC OTA Consortium and how to become a member can be found at https://space-enterprise.org.
Additionally, as of the date of this posting, the DARC Bidders' Library at https://tdka-ws-002p.peterson.af.mil/DARC/ has been closed and re-established through the SpEC Information Center (SIC). All interested and potential Offerors will need to contact and work through the SpEC Consortium Manager to become a member of SpEC and to be granted access to SIC. The specific instructions for joining SpEC Consortium and for requesting access to the SIC are located on SpEC website at https://space-enterprise.org.
Lastly, all interested and potential Offerors are requested to utilize SpEC OTA Consortium Manager Workflow e-mail inbox at spacequestions@nstxl.org as the primary means of communicating and interfacing with the DARC Acquisition Team. The DARC Organizational Workflow e-mail box at smc.spg.darc@us.af.mil is still and will remain open but should only be utilized for unusual instances and exceptions to communicating through SpEC OTA Consortium Manager channels.
