Deep oscillation equipment

Background
This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Army as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, specifically for deep oscillation equipment. The contract includes the procurement of Hivamat Evident deep oscillation equipment with the following specifications:

- Deep Oscillation; frequency range of 5-250Hz and 4 sweeping ranges
- Multi-Color LCD Touch screen
- 2 Channels
- Power: 100-240 AC
- Dual application (with hand applicator or vinyl gloves)
- Light control and intensity control (0-100%)

- Must include:
(1) Handheld applicator, (2 each) oscillator heads (5cm and 9.5cm), (1) hospital-grade mains cable, (2) connection cables for deep oscillation, (1) electrode connection cable, (1) patient lead, (3) therapy cards, (1) titanium neutral element, (1) box of vinyl gloves, and (1 pack of 4 self-adhesive 3.2cm snap electrodes.

- Delivery must be F.O.B. destination within a preferred time frame of 30 days. Only new equipment will be accepted; used or remanufactured products are not allowed.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered to a designated location as specified in the solicitation.
