The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement a detail cleaning program for the Birmingham Veteran Medical Center, quarterly in a manner that ensures the health and general well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. All discrepancies will be addressed in a timely manner.

Background
