Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for DIA services for US Embassy Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as per attached solicitation documents.

Background
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is inviting companies to submit proposals for DIA services for the US Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract under which annual firm-fixed price task orders will be issued. The contract shall remain unfunded, and the maximum dollar value during the entire life of this contract is $40,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor must provide Internet services and dedicated leased line channels and circuitry for connecting the American Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The service provider will need to install and support a Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) connection to the U.S. Embassy located in the Diplomatic Quarter, Riyadh, KSA. The connection must provide connectivity from the demarcation point within the U.S. embassy compound, through the ISP central office and to the Internet. The DIA connection needs to be capable of dedicated data transmission from 1 Mbps to 500 Mbps. The ISP provided DIA connection must include specific Internet Protocol (IP) capabilities and adhere to certain IPv4 latency levels. Additionally, full maintenance support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is required for the duration of the contract with the option to discontinue or modify maintenance levels.
