Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W912WJ25PA037, where Thomson Timber Harvesting & Trucking performed debris removal at Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin, NH for $84,000 (07/02/25–10/30/25). The current scope similarly requires contractor-provided labor, equipment, transportation, and offsite disposal of debris from the log boom and catchment area at the same facility, with comparable safety and site documentation requirements. The repeated focus on debris removal at the same dam suggests the work may be a continuation or follow-on effort.
