THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. No Solicitation is currently available. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Contractors, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information for contractors that can provide steam line investigation in accordance with the Statement of Work for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). A description of services is in the attached Statement of Work (DRAFT). Brief Description of Services See attached Statement of Work (DRAFT). Capability Statement All interested contractors must respond by email to Gary.Christensen@va.gov before 10:00 AM PDT on 03/25/2026. Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) a. If SDVOSB or VOSB, are you registered with the Small Business Administration? Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) Provide Company s legal name along with Unique Entity ID (SAM) number. Primary point of contact, including phone number and e-mail address. Capabilities Statement/ Evidence/ Certifications which demonstrates that your company possesses the ability to perform the services required in the Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide Crestron certifications (and Crestron supportable) brand name service solution and equivalent. Describe remote network access assistance to the system and users and web-based portal. Describe laptop hosting software programming and troubleshooting capabilities using the Q-SYS 9.6 or above designer software platform Describe technician skills and support for equipment RMA, along with abilities with currently installed Crestron, Extron, Balckmagic, Ionogeni, Cisco, VADDIO, Samsung, NVX digital Matrix, Sony cameras, and QSC audio systems. List other Projects (Government and Commercial) that are similar in scope and size. Please include contract number (if for Federal Government). As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement. For all small businesses, to include SDVOSB and VOSB, At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern. Of the service actions listed above, which one(s) will your company perform as the prime contractor using its own personnel without subcontracting? 7b. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is seeking information from contractors capable of providing steam line investigation services as outlined in the Statement of Work for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS).

This Sources Sought Announcement is intended to gather insights to inform procurement strategy and is not a solicitation for proposals.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a service/maintenance contract to support Crestron-based A/V systems in the Auditorium and conference rooms (1C143, 1C145, 1C147, 1C149, 1C150, and 1C151) at the VA Medical Center located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Specific tasks include:
1. Providing a turnkey solution with all required services and maintenance support visits.
2. Offering only Crestron (and Crestron supportable) brand name service solutions.
3. Not adding or substituting any components without prior approval.
4. Being a Crestron Certified partner to perform the work.
5. Providing remote network access assistance within 5 business hours after request.
6. Supplying web-based portals for ticket creation and progress tracking.
7. Hosting proprietary programming software on-site for troubleshooting using Q-SYS 9.6 or above designer software platform.
8. Conducting quarterly site visits for system checkups including software updates and firmware as needed, with emergency repairs available within 3 business days by certified technicians.
9. Providing turnkey support for equipment RMA operations covered under this contract.
10. Technicians must be familiar with programming of currently installed systems including Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, Ionogeni, Cisco, VADDIO, Samsung, NVX digital Matrix, Sony cameras, and QSC audio systems.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance for this contract will begin on June 15, 2026 and end on June 14, 2027, with options for two additional years.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the VA Medical Facility located at 6900 North Pecos Road, Building #1, North Las Vegas NV.
